After my traumatic brain injury my emotions felt like a rollercoaster. I battled anger sadness frustration and fear sometimes all in one day. I didn’t know how to handle the highs and lows and for a while I thought the goal was to just “stay positive” and push the negative emotions away. But that only left me feeling more overwhelmed and disconnected. It took time patience and a lot of self-work to realize that true emotional balance isn’t about ignoring difficult feelings. It’s about facing them understanding them and learning how to respond in a way that keeps you grounded and in control. Today I no longer fear my emotions. Instead I see them as tools that guide me and I’ve learned how to use them to grow stronger and more resilient. That’s what this coaching is all about helping you embrace every part of yourself without judgment. The goal is never to neglect an emotion but to create a healthier relationship with your feelings so they no longer control you. Whether you’re dealing with stress self-doubt anxiety or frustration I’ll work with you to build strategies that keep you steady focused and confident in any situation.
